Khalatur S. Methodology of the economic development strategy forming of agriculture in Ukraine

The methodological principles of the economic development strategy of agriculture are substantiated. The definitions of the categories «strategy» and «economic development strategy of sector», «economic development of agriculture» are analyzed. A system for the implementation monitoring of the economic development strategy of agriculture has been developed. The state regulation of the formation and implementation of the agricultural development strategy as a component of a socially oriented national economy is analyzed. The financial-industrial activity of the branch of agriculture in the conditions of globalization is considered. The methodology of economic development of agriculture of Ukraine is investigated. The possibilities of definition of an effective strategy of economic development of agriculture are substantiated. The principles of alternative and innovative financing of agriculture in Ukraine are determined. A triad of innovative doctrine of agricultural development in Ukraine has been developed. The practical tools of decision support in agriculture are offered. The co-ordination of the most effective national and local coordination mechanisms for increasing the mutual influence between agriculture and rural development is revealed. A comparative analysis of agriculture of Ukraine and European countries has been made in order to generalize theoretical approaches and general laws of economic development of agriculture. The priority directions of rational use of economic levers of innovative support of economic development of agriculture of Ukraine are substantiated.
