Essay

The dissertation solved scientific and applied problem of development of scientific and technical foundations of the structure and properties of composite materials, technology and mathematical modeling of physical and chemical processes that are the foundation technology of carbon-carbon composites. A model of the process of carbonization of the carbon preparations, which assesses elastic, strength and thermal properties depending on temperature, is developed. A method of forming a porous structure carbonated CM among carbon dioxide is proposed. The mathematical model and determined process parameters vapor seal porous structure CCCM flow in thermochemical reactor under isothermal conditions in the environment as natural gas and liquefied hydrocarbon vapors is developed. The research of X-ray structural parameters pyrolytic carbon is developed, established their influence on strength characteristics and the level of residual thermal stresses. Structure of friction composite materials is improved and found its impact on improving friction coefficients in dry and wet environments.
