Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the concept, system, principles of formation and implementation of principles of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine. It sets out to explore the problems of their enforcement, to search for gaps in current administrative-procedural law, to develop practical recommendations and proposals for improving the efficiency of norm-setting, law enforcement and interpretative activities in the administrative justice field. Based on the results of the investigation, ways to improve the practical implementation of administrative legal proceedings principles of Ukraine are defined.
