The object of research: professional training of the future software engineers in the higher education institutions. The aim of research: scientific substantiation, development and experimental verification of the system of training of the future software engineers for professional activities and its implementation in the higher education institutions. The results of research and novelty: the educational system of the future programmers training is scientifically substantiated and introduced into the educational process, the purpose of which is to form their integral professional competence taking into account the current state and trends of the development of the IT industry, the demands of society and employers. The leading idea of the author’s concept is to create a system of organized and purposeful pedagogical influence on the professional training of future programmers in the process of their education in the informational environment of the high school, which takes into account the modern requirements for the qualification of programmers and provides: 1) the gradual formation of a professional competence of future programmers; 2) prompt, timely and systematic updates of educational content (separation of core disciplines, contextualization of general disciplines, strengthening of language training; taking into account the propaedeutic sense of discipline); 3) the continuous implementation of the scheme of programming paradigms sequential study based on the principle of increasing difficulties; 4) a harmonious combination of intramural and distant, individual and group, traditional and innovative forms, general and specific methods and tools for the training of future programmers; 5) organization of cross-cutting interaction with employers for practical training of future specialists and their employment; 6) implementation of the system of internal quality assurance of theoretical and practical training of future specialists. The sphere of usage: introduced in the educational training process of educational institutions.
