Petrashevska A. Theoretical and methodological grounds of innovation activities of the enterprise working in the domain of assisting services

The thesis provides theoretic and methodological grounds as well as scientific and practical foundations aimed at providing innovation activities of the enterprise working in the domain of assisting services (infocommunication). Evolution of theories of innovation activities has been studied. Economic categories of innovation, innovation infrastructure and innovation potential of the enterprises working in the domain of assisting services have been investigated. The framework to implement innovation activities of the enterprise of assisting services has been suggested. The influence of internal system of the enterprise instruments on its innovation activities has been studied and explained. The interrelation of intellectual capital and financial resources of the enterprise as well as the influence of the organizational structure on the innovation activities strategy of the enterprise of assisting services has been determined. The services structure at the modern telecommunication market of Ukraine has been systematized. Innovative aspects have been studied in the activities of main wired and mobile Internet providers. The influence of state regulations on the innovation activities of the enterprise of assisting services has been analyzed. International experience of applying venture financing has been summarized. Comparative analysis of enterprise cost evaluation methods in the context of using venture capital and IPO procedures has been performed. Economic foundations of intangible assets identification in case of innovation activities of the enterprise of assisting services venture financing have been explained and justified. Methods to estimate the efficiency of the enterprise innovation activities when applying new organizational forms of resources provision have been generalized and proved. Market-oriented model of resource provision for innovation activities of IT enterprises in Ukraine has been developed.
