Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the research of the subjective social well-being (SSWB) which is considered as the integrated social-psychological phenomenon reflecting comprehension and an estimation of social functioning on the basis of a parity between level of claims and degree of satisfaction of social needs of the personality in the result of which the person defines their social life as optimum and survives sensation of comfort. Balance-geterarchy conception SSWB is developed, which underline heterogeneity, dynamism and nonlinearity which are caused by recursiveness and nondual relations of its components. In persons with the highest and lowest indicators SSWB it has accurate internal structure, whereas the persons which middle level SSWB has the lowest level of its integration. For experience SSWB the individual should find balance between parametres of social behaviour which conducts to satisfaction of social needs, and requirements of social norms. Following types of experience SSWB are revealed: helping, careful, independent and helpless. Objective (social-demographic) and subjective (psychological) factors SSWB are shown. The method of research of parameters SSWB and the program of psychological support with elements of social-psychological training “The social-psychological comfort” are developed. The aim of the program is to form skills which provide growth of experience SSWB.
