Lehka O. Implementation of International Standards of Administrative Liability into Ukrainian Legislation

The dissertation is focused on the comprehensive study of the essence and peculiarities of the implementation of international standards of administrative liability into Ukrainian legislation. The conceptual foundations of the systematization of legislation on administrative liability have been determined. The peculiarities of realization of judicial power within administrative process of Ukraine on the basis of international standards have been revealed. The author has suggested the ways of improving the legislation in the field of administrative liability, first of all, by raising the principles of dispositivity, and secondly, by active use of forms of out-of-court consideration of cases on administrative offenses.
