Dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical, methodological and practical implications of improving the marketing strategy of innovative development of enterprises of the aviation industry in Ukraine. The evolution of scientific views on the genesis of the formation of initial categorical concepts of the theory of development and implementation of the marketing strategy of innovation development have been considered and generalized. The theoretical foundations of formation of a paradigm of management of development and realization of market innovations of aviation industry enterprises have been determined. The technological paradigm of marketing and innovation synergy of modern institutional theory have been formed and systematized. The theoretical and methodological basis of marketing strategy have been generalized and the theoretical foundations of its formation have been substantiated.
