Zayarnyy O. Administrative Delictology in the Information Sphere: Issues of Theory and Practice

The thesis is the first complex and scientific research of theoretical and practical issues of the development of administrative delictology in the information sphere of Ukraine. Based on the achievements of the domestic and foreign legal science, the author defines specific features of the subject of the administrative delictology on the example of public-private relations in the information sphere, indicates the objectives and proposes the system of this science. The author also delineates its perspective of transformation into the broader (according to the research subject) legal science – information delictology. The author explores administrative and information offences as a type of unlawful conduct of the public-legal and information relations’ participants, proposes his own classification of these torts, identifies and analyses the peculiarities of their elements’ components.
