Krupnova L. The System of Executive Proceedings in Ukraine: Praxeological, Theoretical and Legal Aspects.

The dissertation is focused on the research of praxeological, theoretical and legal aspects of the development of domestic system of executive proceedings. Three main approaches to the definition of “executive proceedings” have been analyzed, where the compulsory execution of decisions is considered as: the administrative and legal institution, the final stage of the trial, an independent complex branch of law. The executive proceedings are suggested to be understood as the purposeful activity of authorized agencies and persons, regulated by the legislation, which is carried out with the help of special legal techniques and methods of influence in order to ensure the compulsory execution of judgments and decisions of other agencies.
