The object of the study is vascular damage in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic scleroderma (SSc), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), Schönlein–Henoch purpura (SHP), microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and experimental model of systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease (SARD); the aim is to improve the quality of diagnosis, to establish new links in pathogenesis and to allocate prognostic criteria for vascular defeat at SARD; methods - clinical, X-ray, ultrasound, biochemical, immunobiochemical, immuno-enzyme, immunoblotting, physico-chemical, morphological clinical and histological, statistical; novelty and results – we have been proved the features of micro- and macroangiopathy in patients with SLE, SSc, RA, AS, HSP and MPA. The nature of vascular pathology is determined by the method of biomicroscopy of bulbar conjunctiva in different nosological variants of SARD. The levels of peripheral and pulmonary vascular resistance are established in SARD with different clinical course. In the comparative aspect the condition of the aorta, general, internal carotid and shoulder arteries, as well as vegetative vascular parameters are determined for the first time in such patients. The dispersion and correlation interrelation of the skin and kidneys’ vessel damage morphological signs are specified according to the results of the biopsy with other manifestations of angiopathy and extravascular disease signs. For the first time, it is proved the commonality and differences in vascular pathology pathogenetic significance of immune disorders, endothelial dysfunction of blood vessels and changes in blood vascular-rheological properties in patients with SARD. The nature of the relationship between clinical, laboratory, instrumental and morphological indicators was revealed in different nosological forms. For the first time we proved the interrelation between signs of the heart, lung and kidney vessels’ lesion and extravasal manifestations of the pathological process on the model of SARD in rats, the dependence on activity of proinflammatory cytokines is established, criteria which allow to predict the course of SARD and the type of vascular lesion in SLE, SSc, RA, AS, HSP and MPA are indicated; implemented – to the theraputical process in CI "Primary health care center № 1 Kramatorsk", in the rheumatological departments of CI Ternopil Regional Soviet "Ternopil University Hospital", Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Hospital, Vinnitsa Regional Clinical Hospital named by Pirohov M.I., CI "Dnipropetrovsk City Clinical Hospital № 11" Dnipropetrovsk regional council, Rheumatology Center in Feofania Clinical Hospital of State Management of Affair (Kyiv), department of vascular surgery Vinnytsa Regional Clinical Hospital named by Pirohov M.I., geriatric department in CI "Dnipropetrovsk City Clinical Hospital № 2" Dnipropetrovsk regional council, therapeutic and vascular surgery department in educational and scientific medical complex "University Clinic" Kharkiv National Medical University, scientific Department of Internal Medicine State Scientific Institution "Scientific Practical center of Preventive and Clinical Medicine " State Management of Affair (Kyiv), as well as in the educational process in Donetsk national medical University (m.
