Aim of research: to substantiate theoretical and methodological aspects and practical recommendations for the improvement of intellectual property management in the system of scientific and educational provision for an agrarian economy.Object of research: fundamental changes and tendencies of the process of intellectualization of scientific and educational provision for an agrarian economy.Researchmethods: abstract and logical, economic and statistical, DEA-analysis, benchmarking, sociological surveys, roadmaps.Theoretical results: author has developed the theoretical and methodological aspects of investigation the problem of agricultural intellectual property management.Practical results:proposals concerningthe improvement of intellectual property management practices in the national system of scientific and educational provision for an agrarian economy.Scientific novelty:author has developed the scientific and methodological principlesof the determination of the essence and causality of intellectual property management in the sphere of scientific and educational provision for an agrarian economy in the context of the paradigm of intellectualization. The mechanism of intellectual property public management in the system of scientific and educational provision for an agrarian economy has been offered.
