Logosha R. Development Development of the Vegetable Products Market in Ukraine: Theory, Methodology, Practice

Objective: the development and substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied recommendations for the formation of the postindustrial market model on the example of the vegetable products market in Ukraine. Object: the process of development of the vegetable products market in Ukraine in the conditions of market transformations. Research methods: logical, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systematic, historical, expert evaluations, grouping, statistical analysis, correlation and regression analysis, rows of dynamics, graphical, idealization method, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: theoretical and methodological principles of development of the vegetable products market in Ukraine are developed. Practical results: identification of the maximization of positive social and economic effects as a result of the activity of the vegetable products market in Ukraine, as well as minimization of possible dysfunctions. Scientific novelty: the essential characteristic of the evolution of the market theory is revealed and its genesis is determined; the universal market model is formed; the contractual approach as a separate, original concept of regulation is proposed, the methodology of ecological risk assessment in the branch of vegetable growing is developed; the model of monitoring of the vegetable products market is proposed. Degree of implementation: the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Department of agroindustrial development, ecology and natural resources of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, PAE "Uman Greenhouse Combine", State Enterprise "EF" Kordelivske "IP NAAS, LLC "Ukrflora-Vinnytsia", farm “Obriy”, VNTU. Efficiency: the results of the research contribute to the expansion of market capacity and optimization of its structure by developing the program to increase the volumes of production and export of vegetable products. Sphere of use: specialized ministries and administrations, agricultural commodity producers, processing enterprises, higher educational institutions.
