The thesis is devoted to study of theoretical, methodological and practical bases of formation the innovative-investment component of economic security of entrepreneurial activity. The evolution of scientific views on the genesis of the formation the original categorical notions about the theory of innovative-investment security of entrepreneurial activities was examined and summarized. The fundamental basis of formation the economic security as a system of linearly interconnected elements with vertically functional levels was grounded.
