The concept of synergetic interaction management of actors in social networking services has been developed to achieve a given stable state of state information security due to the self-organization of actors. The method of detecting information operations on the basis of the introduced features of using social bots is developed. The method of revealing signs of threats to the state's information security in the text content of social networking services is developed. The method of revealing information-psychological influence on actors in social networking services is developed, which generalizes the process of revealing manipulations with public opinion. The method of constructing profiles of information security of actors, which are used by actors of influence to manipulate the behavior of actors, is developed. The method of forecasting the dynamics of distribution of content of directed content for information counteraction to threats is developed. The methodology of construction of the state security information security system in social networking services was developed, which allowed to organize the counteraction to threats to state information security at the system level.
