Malyar M. Information technology of limited-rational multicriteria selection in socio-economic systems

Thesis research is devoted to the creation of information technology, on the basis of developed models and methods of multicriteria selection in conditions of uncertainty, which are based on the principle of limited-rational selection, to increase the efficiency of the process of making a rational management decision in socio-economic systems. The functioning of such systems take place in weakly structured subject areas, the main features of which are untrustworthiness, incompleteness, inexactitude, fuzziness, contradiction, fallibility, ambiguity, uncertainty of objective information. On the basis of the proposed models and methods, an information processing tool is developed that allows to make better and improve the efficiency of the process of a rational management solution preparing, which is provided by the objectivization of information through the use of the apparatus of fuzzy mathematics. The practical applications of the offered models and methods are considered and their efficiency is indicated.
