A research object are chemo-technological and tribotechnical processes that influence on dependability of the functional systems of agricultural machinery at the use of biofuel materials. The aim of work is an increase of reliability of agricultural machinery at the use of alternative types of Fuel-containing plant deriving massby corresponding exploitation at external environments both offuel and construction materials of details of knots and aggregates. The basis of methods of researches used: substantive provisions of higher mathematics, chemothology, tribotechnic process, relativity of the multielement systems and theory of chances; methods of authentication and imitation design. The practical value of the received results consists in development of recommendations on reliability of work for agricultural machines at the use of biofuel materials. The scientific novelty of the received results lies in the improvement of mathematical models of reliability of the functional systems of agricultural machinery, that allow to find "weak links" during exploitation on biofuel materials. The coefficients of environment and exploitation hours are identified at first, that allowed to design the processes of wear of knots and aggregates of the functional systems of agricultural machinery thatworked onbiofuel material.Methodology of determination of reliability of knots and aggregates of the functional systems of agricultural machineryis improved by means of coefficient of wear that gives an opportunity to take into account the power, speed and structural parameters of pairs of friction.
