The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of actual theoretical and practical problems of codification of labor legislation. In the scientific work the essence of the codification of labor legislation is analyzed, the description of the methodology of the study of the codification of labor legislation, the stages of formation and development of the codification of labor legislation, the comparative legal analysis of the codification of labor legislation with other forms of its systematization is determined. The administrative-legal status of subjects of codification of labor legislation is revealed. The system of subjects of codification of labor legislation, principles of activity, functions and tasks of such subjects is singled out. Attention is paid to the specificity of legal relations in the field of codification of labor legislation. The basis of the emergence, change and termination of legal relations in the field of codification of labor legislation is investigated, as well as the object, content and classification of such legal relations are described. The proposals of optimization of legislative technique of codification of labor legislation of Ukraine and directions of improvement of legal relations in the field of codification of labor legislation are formulated. The main tendencies of development of interaction of subjects of codification of labor legislation are named. The list of directions of borrowing in Ukraine of positive foreign experience concerning codification of labor legislation is given.
