Object of research: the process of formation of economic behavior of agricultural enterprises in a changing environment of development. Purpose: to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations for improving the economic behavior of agricultural enterprises in a changing environment of development. Methods: abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and modeling, abstraction and specification, system analysis, comparison, economic-statistical, economic forecasting. Novelty: for the first time, the essence of the economic behavior of enterprises as a set of certain rational and irrational decisions and actions taken in the process of their interaction with the external and internal environment has been proved, position that is extremely important for the understanding of the laws of development of the domestic economy of the theoretical and applied nature of the situation is that the price environment of development agricultural enterprises is not national but international has been elaborated, the target directions for the development of agricultural enterprises are grounded for agricultural enterprises taking into account the forecast volumes of production of agricultural products in the households, a set of key areas for improving the economic behavior of agricultural enterprises in the process of their interaction with the external and internal environment of development has been systematized; improved methodological approaches to understanding the essence of the changing environment of agricultural enterprises development, the theoretical position on the forms of manifestation changes in economic behavior of agricultural enterprises, methodical approaches to understanding the essence of the system of results of financial and economic activity of agricultural enterprises.
