The dissertation is dedicated to study of clinical peculiarities, influence of exo- and endogen factors on development of arterial hypertension and osteoarthritis at 486 long-livers of the Precarpathian region. Using a complex of methods gave the opportunity to elaborate and propose the algorithm of calculation of risk of development of arterial hypertension and osteoarthritis taking into account hereditary tendency at these persons, basing on which, a doctor, having examined step-by-step a patient well before clinical marks of diseases, has the opportunity, basing on some arguments, to choose recommendations on preventive measures, which will favour preserving patient's health and will promote active longevity.
