KOLOMIIETS N. Encouragement in Сriminal-Law Enforcement: theoretical principles and practice of application.

Thesis is devoted to the complex research and theoretical generalization and a new solution of theoretical and practical issues of an application of measures promotion to individuals, which serve criminal penalties, which involves the formation of a scientific approach to the formation of the concept of the institution of encouragement, the development of proposals for the improvement of criminal and penal law and the practice of its application. The author highlights the methods of scientific knowledge of the Institution of promotion in criminal-executive law, which allowed identifying actual problems in this area. It is stated that any scientific research has got not only substantive but the methodological content as well, because it is inseparably linked with the review of an existing conceptual apparatus, prerequisites and approaches to the interpretation of the material have been studied. Used methods played an important role during the study, since they had helped to study thoroughly theoretical foundations and practice of applying incentive measures in criminal-executive law.
