Varlamova I. Regulators and levers of environmental safety of the national economy

The thesis is concerned with a complex research of the regulators and levers of ecological safety in the national economy was carried out, based on the basic principles of the world concept of «sustainable development», which allowed to consider the real state of ecological safety in the national economy, to identify the main problems and to identify the ways of their solution and achieve harmonization from the point the view of the triad «economy-nature-socium». The present state and problems of ecological safety in Ukraine are analyzed on the basis of determination of problem issues and prospects of ecologization of industry in Ukraine: problems and perspectives. The economic-ecological aspect of the development of industrial enterprises is analyzed in detail and environmental and economic problems of the functioning of industrial enterprises are outlined. The problems and perspectives of introduction of ecological management system in Ukraine are considered: problems and perspectives. The main instruments of environmental safety regulation in the Ukrainian economy are outlined and characterized and their effectiveness in the regulation of the environmental sphere is determined; ecological investment as the basis of ecological safety of the national economy and ecological taxation as the basis of sustainable development of the national economy are investigated; the necessity of introduction of ecological audit in the economy of Ukraine is proved.
