The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of the current legislation of Ukraine, historical, contemporary domestic and foreign scientific sources in order to determine the essence, features, and system of administrative and legal regulation for cybersecurity, as well as formulate proposals and recommendations for improving their functioning. The state of research on the topic of work is determined. The multiplicity of legal basis of the formation of the concept sphere of cybersecurity policy is established. To characterize the principles of forming the cybernetic function of the state. The methodological approaches to the study of cybersecurity are determined, the essence and structure of cybernetic deontology are revealed.
