Yurovska V. Methods of administrative law: theoretical-legal and praxeological aspects

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and the new solution to the scientific problem – definition of the content and the role of methods of administrative law through the prism of human-centric ideology, development of conceptual models of balanced combination of elements of imperative and dispositive methods of legal regulation, their optimal application and determination of efficiency level of administrative law methods using the example of certain areas of public administration. It is extended the modern scientific research on the issues of human-centric ideology of administrative and legal doctrine as an ideological precondition for reconsideration of the methods’ content of the modern administrative law. It defined the concept and features of administrative legal relations as a sphere of legal influence of administrative and legal methods.
