Mykhailov A. Investment Resources’ Formation in the Agrarian Sector of the Economy: Theory, Methodology, Practice

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodo-logical principles of investment resources’ formation in the agrarian sector of the economy, in a view of globalization trends, regional disproportions and national peculiarities of agribusiness in Ukraine. The essence and conceptual foundations of the investment resources’ formation in the agrarian sector of the economy were proposed; the methodology of forecasting their volumes in the country as a whole and their influence on macroeconomic dynamics, forecasting of investment’s susceptibility of the agrarian sector, methodology of investment determinants’ substantiation for the formation of added value in the agrarian sector and forecasting its regional dynamics, regions’ ranking on the level of investments’ development efficiency in agriculture and scenario forecasting of investment activity in the regions were developed; the feasibility of establishing a Fund for Infrastructure Investments of Ukraine in the agricultural sector was substantiated; the criteria for selection of agricultural companies-recipients of resources from the Fund and the selection of optimal financial instruments for the formation of investment resources in the agrarian sector of the economy were developed.
