The theoretical and methodological essence of forming the strategy of integration of agrarian enterprises to the wholesale market of vegetable products is considered, the features, mechanisms, tools of strategic management of integration processes of agrarian enterprises on the basis of the system approach are investigated. The categorical-conceptual apparatus of strategic management for the development of agrarian enterprises and their economic integration is analyzed and refined. The theoretical and methodological positions of forming the strategy of integration of agrarian enterprises to the wholesale market of agricultural products are substantiated, the methodical approach of scenario modeling of the strategy of integration of the agrarian enterprise is proposed. The current state of development of the wholesale market of vegetable products and the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in the process of production and sale of crop products is characterized. The integration tendencies of the world agro-industrial development are determined and the main directions of organizational-economic and informational and infrastructural transformations of the wholesale markets of agricultural products are identified. The offered information and analytical support of formation of the price policy of the enterprise in the wholesale market of vegetable products.
