Khalimon T. Management of competitiveness of telecommunication enterprises: theory and methodology

In this dissertation, there was specified the essence and attributes of the competitiveness of enterprises, defined and characterized the components of management of their competitiveness, and the understanding of the essential characteristics of the competitive advantages of the enterprise. There were disclosed the principles of building a mechanism for managing the competitiveness of telecommunication enterprises, methodological approaches to determining benchmarks, indicators, improved the methods for assessing the competitiveness of telecommunication enterprises and monitoring their competitive environment, provided the identifiers for diagnosing the competitiveness potential of telecommunication enterprises, and there were systematized the methodological tools for identifying a stable competitive position of the telecommunication enterprise.
