Shepitko M. Theoretical and methodological foundation of counteraction to crimes against justice as a forming system.

The complex research of theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of counteraction to crimes against justice were realized in the thesis. Manuscript considers the scientific basis for the formation of a system of counteraction to crimes in the sphere of justice, criminal policy, criminal law and criminalistic measures of counteraction in this sphere. The philosophical, historical, sociological and forensic psychological basis of the formation of a system of counteraction to crimes in the sphere of justice was studied. Attention is drawn to the need to designate crimes against justice as a criminal law institution. An attempt was made to classify crimes against justice according to various criteria. In connection with the identification of legislative vacuum, it is proposed to include new norms containing offenses against justice in section XVIII of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The problem of formation of tactical and methodical measures of counteraction to crimes in the sphere of justice is revealed. A proposal has been made regarding the automation of counteraction to such crimes.
