Essay

Object – professional pedagogical training of future preschool teachers; the aim – to theoretically substantiate and work out the scientific-methodological system of future preschool teachers’ training in innovative pedagogical activity and to experimentally test its effectiveness; methods – theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty – the research is the first to characterize theoretical and methodological foundations of training future preschool teachers for innovative pedagogical activity; the definition of the term “ future preschool teachers’ readiness for innovative pedagogical activity” is given; other essential for the research terms (“new”, “novelty”, “novation”, “innovation”, “innovative educational process”) are analysed and specified; the basic ideas and principles of training future preschool teachers for professional activity in institutions of preschool education and for innovative activity in particular are analysed; modern vectors of child upbringing; the criteria, indicators and levels of development of future preschool teachers readiness for innovative pedagogical activity are considered; the requirements for preschool teachers in the context of innovations in pre-school education within the personality-oriented, activity-oriented and competence-based approaches are further analysed,; the content, forms and methods of forming the readiness of future preschool teachers for innovative pedagogical activities in both internal and external environment; the modern tendencies of training future preschool teachers for innovative pedagogical activity in foreign theory and practice are researched; results – the experimental verification of the substantiated scientific and methodological system of training future preschool teachers for the innovative pedagogical activity allows us to recommended it for the implementation in the institutions of higher pedagogical education, carrying out vocational and pedagogical training of future preschool teachers in order to form their readiness for carrying out educational innovations; the materials of the dissertation, monographs, teaching-methodological complex will be helpful in the process of professional training of pre-school specialists in institutions of higher pedagogical education, in the system of professional development of teachers as well as in working out elective courses, distance learning courses, courses of professional development of preschool teachers, in teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines, in writing course and Master degree papers, during the pedagogical practice; field – pedagogy.
