Essay

The author’s approach to the consideration of of food security from the socio-economic and ecological points is proposed, ased on the comprehensive study, synthesis and critical analysis of scientific sources on the problems of ensuring food safety and taking into account the current conditions. The study reveals that the effectiveness of the implementation of the regional development strategy and timely implementation of the tasks of the regional development program in the context of the formation of competitive advantages depends not only on the availability of resources, the number of people and investments, but rather on the efficiency of management.
