The thesis reveals the theoretical and methodological principles of scientific and methodological approaches of social development management processes in trade were further developed concepts and terminology for the problem identified periods genesis of social concepts and theories of enterprise social management, a set of elements specified theoretical framework. Developed methodological management concept of social development for trade enterprise system based, values-based, converged and integrated approach, disclosed in its basic position, the purpose, values, principles, social mechanism, results, conditions and management level, the objects of evaluation. The concept of socio-cultural development of the organization J. Garadaggi was improved, within the framework of which it is suggested to allocate an element of convergence of knowledge. The methodological approach to assessing the determinants of the social attractiveness of the trading company in the projections of stakeholders is improved, the essence of the notion of social attractiveness of the trade enterprise is specified. The main tendencies and the state of management of the potential of social development of enterprises of trade in Ukraine, factors that determine it, problems of organization of social development of personnel at Ukrainian enterprises are determined. The variability of social guidelines in the sectoral section was determined and the social objectives of the trade enterprises were identified in the context of their sustainable development. An in-depth methodological basis for monitoring the effectiveness of management of social development processes, criteria for their evaluation, and the most strategic indicators for social development for enterprises of trade are considered. The methodical approaches to evaluating the results of employees' work on the example of individual positions (category manager, sales representative) are developed. The essence and systematized approaches to the definition of social innovations are substantiated; Classification features were developed based on the types of digital social innovations. The criteria for a qualitative assessment of the eligibility of a social project of ecological orientation have been developed. The economic-mathematical model of dependence of parameters of social development and volumes of goods sales of enterprises by type of economic activity (wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles) is developed. Unlike the existing models, the personnel costs, the average number of full-time employees, capital investments, gross value added, capital stock, and the potential for recycling (which is identified as a reserve of possibilities for restoring the resource potential of the trading company and reduces its environmental tax, emissions of pollutants substances, increase in the future the social value of life cycle management of goods), the index of rank evaluation of the country's ecological efficiency, vivid aggregate household expenses.
