Storchak K. Methodological bases of construction of information network on the basis of satellite multifunctional cluster system

In the dissertation the actual scientific and applied problem of working out of methodological bases of construction of the global information network of satellite multifunctional cluster system is solved. The proposed problem is solved by the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the creation of information technology aimed at the organization of global coverage on the basis of a satellite cluster multifunctional system. An analysis of trends in the development of information technology is carried out. The concept of a global information network is developed, which is based on the consideration of the topology of a three-level satellite cluster system and allows processing of heterogeneous information. The methodological foundations of information technology, aimed at improving the quality of functioning of the global three-level orbital cluster of spacecraft of the satellite cluster multifunctional information system are developed. The results of functioning of the developed information technology are presented.
