The thesis analyzes the principles of administrative and legal support of public policy on prevention and fight against corruption. The recommendations on legal and organizational improvement of activities on the development and improvement of public policy on corruption prevention and combating have been formed in accordance with the adopted administrative and legal principles of the national and international levels. Thus system of applicable measures was proposed in the view of practical consequences in order to increase the effectiveness of the policy under consideration, taking into account its necessary national and international components.
