In the thesis, through the prism of human centered ideology, the administrative and legal relations concerning the provision of administrative services in the field of law and enforcement activities of Ukraine, the state of their legal regulation, practical implementation by the law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine of service functions, as well as the foreign experience of public service activities are revealed and on this basis, conceptual approaches are defined according to the directions of development of the domestic system for the provision of administrative services in this area.
