The dissertation contains a comprehensive and systematic study of the legal regulation of financial relations in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy in terms of providing the state with mechanisms for financing agricultural producers in order to ensure their profitability in the current inter-state competitive environment, preservation and development of the agrarian sector, guaranteeing food security in the state. The complex of conceptual theoretical and methodological proposals for improving the financial and legal principles of state policy in the agrarian sector of Ukrainian economy regarding its economic, administrative, environmental and ecological components has been formed.
