Object of research: the process of restructuring the supply chain on the basis of outsourcing. Goal: to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles of restructuring business processes in the supply chain on the basis of outsourcing and to develop recommendations for their practical implementation. Methods: historical-logical, analysis, synthesis and comparison, econometric modeling, statistical analysis, dialectic, ABC analysis, graphical, induction and deduction, game theory, factor analysis, scientific generalization and systematization. Novelty: for the first time the term "consolidated level of outsourcing of the supply network" was introduced, the content part of which is differentiated according to the groups of business processes and assumes the existence of a consolidated level in the optimal and acceptable size, the concept of evaluation of potential outsourcing is grounded, which is to find out the relation between the achieved level of parameters of its estimation and estimates of the importance of these parameters for the supply chain, the mechanism for ensuring the systemic harmonization of investment in the development of outsourcing is substantiated the conceptual model of the balanced supply chain has been developed, in which the optimal value of the consolidated level of outsourcing has been achieved, the method of evaluation of the transformation of outsourcing relations in the supply network has been improved, on the basis of the PDCA model, the structure of the life cycle of the typical business process in the supply chain by including an additional (intermediate ) phases of coordination and coordination of actions of supply chain participants, a system of incentives for the restructuring of business processes in the supply chain, the structure of factors, PI inhibit or to motivate global outsourcing networks in strategic terms.
