Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the establishment of physics-technological regularities and mechanisms of formation of thermostable structural-phase states in new high-alloy alloys based on cobalt and nickel with a high level of physical and chemical properties. The conceptual approach to the creation of a new class of alloys with high tribotechnical properties at elevated temperatures and to balance with other mechanical and operational characteristics is based on the study and construction of phase equilibrium diagrams of the model systems C-Co-Nb and Al-Co-W, on the optimization of structure, chemical and phase the composition of new purposefully alloyed alloys and methods (technologies) for their receipt. The problem of creating new wear-resistant at high temperatures and heat-resistant alloys, which is important and relevant both from the scientific and applied point of view, was solved on the basis of the experimental studies performed in the dissertation and the generalization of theoretical data of phase equilibrium, structure and physical and mechanical properties. In particular, a new cast alloy of the brand KhTN-62 was developed, which 10-20 times the heat resistance exceeds the serial alloy of KhTN-61 at the balance with other mechanical and operational characteristics, was introduced at the State Enterprise "Ivchenko-Progress" as a material for protection against wear of trampolines turbine blades of turbine high pressure gas turbine engines. Its use allows to count on increase of inter-repair resource of engines in 6 times, in comparison with serial alloys. The alloy has already been introduced into the production of new and repairs of old engines D-18T and AI-222-25 and their modifications for An-124 Ruslan, An-225 Mriya, Yak-130 at Ivchenko-Progress and Motor Sich.
