The object is the process of distribution and implementation of corporate control in business partnerships; the purpose is development of theoretical, methodological and conceptual provisions, methodological support for the formation of the mechanism of corporate control in the management system of economic partnerships; the methods employed are: scientific in general and specific in particular; the results obtained are: complex substantiation of theoretical and methodological concepts, development of methodical and practical recommendations for the formation of the mechanism of corporate control in the system of management of economic partnerships; the novelty: the theoretical basis of the concept of forming a mechanism of corporate control in business partnerships has been provided; the organizational and economic provision of corporate security of an economic partnership has been developed; the provisions of the paradigm base for the formation and distribution of corporate control in business partnerships have been substantiated; the methodical approach to modeling the distribution of corporate control in a business community has been developed; the structural construction of the organizational and economic mechanism of corporate control is substantiated; the factors of distribution and implementation of corporate control have been systematized; the methodical concepts concerning the choice of the distribution strategy and the development of tools for implementing corporate control have been developed; the methodical approach to determining the reasons for the emergence and selection of tools for resolving corporate conflicts in business partnerships has been suggested; the results have been implemented in production and educational processes.
