Essay

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the functions of administrative-tortable law through clarifying the place of administrative-tortable law in the system of law of Ukraine and through analysis of the functions of law in general and the functions of administrative law in particular. Based on the analysis of the system of law of Ukraine and criteria for the differentiation of law, it is concluded that administrative-tortable law is the legal institution of administrative law.
