Avhustyn R. Priorities and Mechanisms of Systemic De-shadowing of Economy of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles, justification of the priorities and mechanisms of systemic de-shadowing of the Ukrainian economy. The object of the study is the processes of de-shadowing economy, and the subject – theoretical and methodological principles and scientific and practical recommendations for defining the priorities and mechanisms for the systemic de-shadowing of the economy of Ukraine. The conceptual provisions of the shadowing economy and the state policy of economic relations de-shadowing are generalized. System characteristics and basic models of interconnections of shadowing and economic growth are identified. System interconnections of shadowing economy and increasing threats to economic security of the state are established. The methodology of the study of shadowing economic and the global experience of effective system of de-shadowing of the national economy forming have been substantiated. The analysis of volumes and branch-sectoral features of the national economy of Ukraine shadowing is carried out. Regional characteristics as well as factors and features of shadow economic activity in Ukraine are identified. The description of the state policy of de-shadowing of economy in Ukraine is given. The strategic priorities of the system of national economy of Ukraine nationalization are grounded. Institutional provision for the de-shadowing of economic relations is enhanced. The provisions of the concept of the state policy of national economy systematic de-shadowing are developed. Mechanisms for the reduction of entrepreneurship de-shadowing in sectoral aspects are shaped. The institutional mechanism is developed and the factors of the labor market de-shadowing are identified. The anti-corruption mechanism and means of relations in the social sphere de-shadowing and the system of public services are proposed.
