Навроцький О. Protection of children’s rights in Ukraine: theoretical and practical principles of administrative legal regulation

Object of the research: public relations arising in the process of ensuring the rights of the child in Ukraine. Objective: generalization and definition of the peculiarities of the theoretical and practical principles of the administrative and legal regulation of the rights of the child in Ukraine, the formation of scientifically substantiated proposals for the optimization of legislative provision for the administration of the rights of the child in the light of modern social realities and the convergence of the national legal system with the legal system of the European Union. Methods: system-structural, comparative-legal, formal-dogmatic, classifications, analogies, logical-legal, logical-semantic etc. Scientific novelty: the structure of the administrative capacity of the child are revealed, the realization of which is directly related to her knowledge, meaningful desire, regardless of age, by their actions deliberately realize their rights and protect the legitimate interests, to demand from the state of administrative and legal assistance to this. The scientific understanding of the content of the categories «legal status of the child» and «rights of the child» and the relation between them as a general phenomenon and its component part is improved. Further development of scientific provisions on the administration of somatic rights of the child, information rights of the child, protection of the rights of the child as a participant in information processes. Practical value: the results of the dissertation research can be the basis for the further development of scientific thought regarding the rights of the child in Ukraine, as well as when drafting bills in this area. Scope of application: while teaching the courses «Administrative Law», «Protection of the rights and freedoms of the child in Ukraine», «Administrative and Jurisdictional Activities for the Protection of the Rights of the Child» etc.
