Object of study: transformation processes of businesses role in the context of globalization affecting the efficient management industrial enterprises. Objective: to study the impact of globalization on the transformation of the role of enterprises and economic paradigm formation of effective management of industrial enterprises in modern conditions. Methods: historical (retrospective), dialectical and genealogical analysis; abstract, logical, system and process analysis; economic and statistical methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction; economic modeling and forecasting; economic and statistical, financial and comparative analysis; structural, functional, integrated and adaptive approaches. The following was suggested for the first time: the mechanism of identification paradigms of economic security companies; the mechanism of institutional support of innovation enterprises; the mechanism of financing the science and innovation development of the economy; the concept of systemic transformation of the role of businesses; economic paradigm proposed of industrial enterprises management; The following was improved: scientific and theoretical bases of strategic management; mechanism of state support of the innovative potential of enterprises in the context of the country's international competitiveness. The following received further development: the necessity of forming a new conceptual approach in the management of companies; the essence of the category "paradigm". It was investigated that the process of a global business formation was influenced by globalization and unification of enterprises and local trends. The analysis of the essence of unit and functional transformation of economic activity transnationalization in the world economy was done. The structure of the national innovation system of Ukraine was systematized. Scope: industrial enterprises.
