The dissertation is a monographic scientific research, in which administrative and legal aspect of labor protection is explored in a comprehensive, on the basis of the current legislation and taking into account the achievements of the law science. The issues of structural reform and optimization of administrative and legal enforcement of labor protection in Ukraine are analyzed and the optimization of the structure of the national labor inspection is justified.
