In the dissertation work the theoretical bases of development of marketing of subjects of agrarian entrepreneurship are investigated, namely: general essence-content characteristics of the definition of "subject of agrarian enterprise" in researches of organizational and economic processes, phenomena and systems; the socio-ethical and economic essence of marketing in the activity of subjects of agrarian business is determined; the institutional and regulatory conditions for the marketing activity of agribusiness subjects are substantiated. The genesis of the concepts of marketing and formation of principles and procedures of management is explored. Methodological principles of management of activity of subjects of agrarian business on the principles of marketing are formulated. The planning function in the management of marketing of subjects of agrarian business is substantiated.
