Essay

The study is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations to improve crisis management of telecommunications enterprises. Scientific principles underlying essential components of crisis management of telecommunication enterprises are disclosed from the standpoint of system-functional and process approaches. The study gives reason for functional enrichment of the crisis management by bringing the resource, methodological-analytical, organizational and managerial, information and communication subsystems of its provision into special focus. Methodological essentials for crisis management of telecommunication enterprises are disclosed with reference to methodological tools at the following integrated stages: crisis diagnostics of telecommunication enterprises; development and implementation of crisis management; assessment of the effectiveness of crisis management.
