Skupeiko V. Theoretical and methodological approaches to agricultural enterprises competitiveness management

Object of research: the process of ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Purpose: to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations for ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Methods: systematic, structural-logical and semantic analysis, quantitative and qualitative comparison, statistical analysis, graphical, integral evaluation, analog main components analysis, system-structural analysis and modeling. Novelty: for the first time, a methodological approach for substantiation of the institutional and economic mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise in the conditions of European integration was developed; the conceptual principles of institutionalization of the policy of ensuring agricultural enterprises competitiveness are proposed and substantiated by defining its directions, constituent elements, the sequence of implementation and realization; theoretical foundations and tools of formation and implementation mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, method of evaluating the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, instruments for strategic planning policy to ensure the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, scientific and methodical approach to the use of strategic marketing in politics to strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, organizational ensuring of quality control policies as an integrating element in the system of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, instruments and tools to enhance innovation activity in enterprises of agriculture were improved. Scope of use: in the work of the Department of Agricultural Development of Lviv Regional State Administration in the process of elaboration of the Strategy for Development of Lviv Region. till 2020 and the Integrated Program for Support and Development of Agricultural Production for 2016-2020; Lviv Regional Employment Center in the development of the Program for the Promotion of Employment in Lviv region. for 2018-2020; Busk District State Administration in developing the Program of support of agricultural enterprises and private peasant farms, in the educational process of the Lviv University of Business and Law in the teaching of disciplines "Economics and management for enterprises", "Mathematical models, methods and information technologies in economics", "Management", "Marketing".
