Suska A. Institutionalization of Ukraine's economy forest sector in the scope of socio-ecological services market

The thesis investigates and determines the ways of solving the institutionalization problem of Ukraine's economy forest sector in the context of the social and ecological services market. The formation of such a new eco-economic system in the forest sector creates conditions to provide the market character for the consumption process of the non-material resource of a forest. Eco-economic system entities market relations will be instrumental in reaching such a condition, when economic parties from other economy sectors and social sphere, who receive additional profits (the increase of production volumes, the decrease of production costs, rising of labor productivity) due to using the social and environmental benefits of the forest, will pay the part of such income to forestry entities. Coordination and motivation of the market actors could be possible by means of forming the regulatory apparatus, by institutionalizing of the market, as present forestry institutions market-ecological development (transformation).
