Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical-methodological, methodical principles and scientific-applied instruments of strategic management of human capital of enterprises in the conditions of transformation of social and labour relations. The fundamental positions of the reflexive-knowledge paradigm of strategic management of human capital are grounded, as the core of which the imperative of human development is defined, which ensures achievement of resulting harmonization of reflexive-preventive, social-commercialization and professional-creative directions of activity. Elasticity of a strategic management decision, added value, and art-effect are established as indicators of such harmonization that must be taken into account at reconciling the interests of the enterprise’s stakeholders and overcoming the shortage of intellectual labour resources in the poly-subject environment of the social and labour sphere. The organizational and economic mechanism of strategic management of human capital of enterprises is developed, the functioning of which is aimed at substantiating strategic decisions regarding the type of strategy, its goals and tasks for the choice of methods of managerial influence. The expediency of implementing the scenario approach through the construction of a three-dimensional model for choosing a strategy that permits the differentiation of strategic guidelines in human capital management policies.
