Chumachenko I. Problems of Legal Regulation of Procedural Legal Relations within Labor Law of Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is based on the generalization of scientific works of scholars within the studied area, their critical analysis, and analysis of the relevant normative and legal basis, and should reveal the essence and structure of procedural legal relations within labor law of Ukraine and to suggest, accordingly, the concept for the development of theoretical construction of procedural legal relations within labor law. The features of the genesis of legal regulation of procedural relations within labor law of Ukraine have been elucidated. The state of research of the problem of legal regulation of procedural legal relations within labor law of Ukraine has been characterized.
