In dissertation work the reproductive essence, classification, structure of large agrarian enterprises and their production-resource potential are determined, mechanisms and tools of effective development of large agrarian enterprises are found, co-operation, concentration and diversification as a means of formation of large agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The institutional factors, tools and mechanisms of effective development of large agrarian enterprises are substantiated, strategic goals, criteria, indicators and indicators of effective development are defined, planning, forecasting and modeling of development of large agrarian enterprises are grounded. The organizational-economic structure of agricultural production is analyzed, the estimation of production-resource potential and efficiency of functioning and development of large agrarian enterprises is carried out. The formation of a financial component of effective development of large agrarian enterprises was substantiated, mechanisms and tools for improving the efficiency and competitiveness of agrarian production were developed, and the development of public-private partnership of large agroformations was grounded in solving social problems of rural communities. The strategic plans and programs of development of large agrarian enterprises have been determined, directions and means of improvement of innovation-investment and production-resource support of large agrarian production have been developed, the use of marketing strategies for the development of large agrarian enterprises has been substantiated.
